Obtain a Job Requisition & Identify Client Requirements
The Eventus Group Sales team is trained on how to acquire qualified requirements through understanding the customer’s business and developing tailored qualification measures. Eventus Group can even dedicate a Resource Solution Manager to work with and shadow business line managers to gather the client’s staffing requirements, candidate preferences, work environment/corporate culture, and operational processes for large scale staffing engagements. This allows Eventus Group to find quality candidates that meet the client’s specific needs as well as reduces turnover by finding candidates that truly fit.

Source Potential Resources
Eventus Group will identify potential candidates by leveraging industry-leading online databases, internal application tracking system, our resource pool of exceptional consultants that have worked with us on previous engagements, referrals from existing resources within specific areas, job boards and fairs, and existing partnerships with other staffing firms.

Conduct Initial Screening
Once a resume or application has been received in our system, a recruitment staff member will contact the prospective candidates by phone. To be determined if the candidate meets the general requirements our client is requesting. The candidate will then be invited to meet with a recruiter and a thorough interview will be conducted. As part of the screening process, Eventus Group will implement any current screening practices that include background, financial/credit, technical exams, as well as psychological and honest tests.

Perform Thorough Interviews
Interviews are a one-on-one meeting between the candidate and recruiter or Eventus technical consultant. The purpose of the meeting is designed to discuss the candidate’s work history, availability, salary requirements, reason (s) for leaving, depth of skills, professional goals, and ideal position. Personality traits, intangibles, presentation and interpersonal skills are noted in this personal interview. The recruiter will make a determination regarding suitable fit for current positions. A preliminary discussion of assignments will follow. Hourly rates will be discussed as well as duration and commitments. Once the screening process is complete, our staff will assure that there are no known issues or concerns, which could affect the satisfactory completion of an assignment. Members of Eventus Group’s technology consulting team also conduct technical interviews where applicable. This validates the candidate’s technical skill set and experience by someone with relevant expertise in the technical skills required for the position.

Extensively Verify References
Once a candidate has completed the initial screening, the recruitment staff will proceed with the reference checks. It is Eventus Group’ policy to check a minimum of two professional references. The references will be from a supervisor or manager with emphasis on most recent work history. If reference is not available from the most recent employer, we will provide two references as current as possible. Suitable candidates without references will be discussed with the client.

Present Qualified Candidates
Eventus Group typically submits qualified candidates with twenty-four to forty-eight hours of receiving a qualified job requirement. Resumes and/or applications and a brief summary of interview will be forwarded by email or fax to expedite the review process. Eventus Group will facilitate the coordination of phone interviews and face to face meetings. Feedback from the client is requested within a reasonable time period so that the candidate remains interested and updated on the interview process. Eventus Group believes in submitting the perfect candidate for a position as opposed to sending several resumes of potential candidates that only closely satisfy the desired requirements.

Facilitate Substance Abuse Testing & Comprehensive Background Exams
Eventus Group conducts substance abuse testing and extensive background screening at the client's request, including, but not limited to, criminal and credit checks, using several industry-recognized databases and search engines. Any issues that do not meet the client’s requirements will eliminate the candidate from the placement process.

Security and Orientation Procedures
Eventus Group agrees to follow all set procedures for orientation for each of its clients. This will include processing any security forms, Sexual Harassment Policy, Client information packets, facility regulations, appropriate dress code, and codes of conduct or any other Human Resource or Corporate Policy requirements. A complete “Welcome Packet” will be provided to all contractors and orientation to include the contractual terms, first day information, payroll procedures, and benefit eligibility information.
