For organizations that have an established project plan and management capabilities, but need the resources to execute the design, Eventus Group can provide technical resources that are treated as an extension to and managed by the company's technical staff. Strategic Resource Augmentation allows Eventus Group's customers to temporarily increase their technical staff for specific initiatives and scale down once those projects are completed without incurring the costs of hiring permanent employees. Eventus Group's customers are also extended the option to hire these resources at the conclusion of the respective engagement, if the customer chooses. With Strategic Resource Augmentation, the customer dictates direction, project tasks, and deliverable requirements, and is also responsible for managing the resources accordingly.
