Staffing Services Overview

At Eventus Group Staffing Services we understand the importance of making sound hiring decisions quickly and within your budget. However, screening resumes and setting up and conducting interviews can be time-consuming, often pulling you away from your other responsibilities.

Our Account Managers and Recruiters are experts in finding you qualified personnel with the skills and experience you need. Our Account Managers are trained to gather your staffing requirements, desired skill sets, candidate preferences, work environment/corporate culture, and operational processes. This allows Eventus to find quality candidates that meet your specific needs as well as reduces turnover by finding candidates that truly fit.

Our recruitment staff is constantly networking throughout the business community, not only to contacting candidates actively seeking new opportunities, but also targeting passive candidates. As part of the screening process, all candidates meet with our recruiters for a thorough interview to validate the candidate’s background. During this meeting, the candidate’s work history, reason (s) for leaving, availability, salary requirements, depth of skills, professional goals, and ideal position are discussed. Personality traits, intangibles, presentation and interpersonal skills are noted in this interview as well. Our recruitment staff will then conduct reference checks from the candidate’s previous supervisor or manager with an emphasis on most recent work history.

Staffing Services Overview

Eventus Group is able to support our clients staffing needs by offering a diverse plan to accommodate their needs. We become a true partner to
our clients in determining which form of staffing best fits our clients environment and their core business. We specialize in providing staff augmentation on the following basis:

Contract and or Project Work
We have the capability of placing professional contractors that leverage their prior project experience and are able to best serve with project work. Temporary contractors can be used to fill in for temporary vacancies, provide additional support during busy seasons,
provide specialized skills the client’s full-time staff may not possess, or staff special short-term projects.

Contract with Right to Hire
A contractor is provided on a temporary basis, but the client reserves the right to extend a permanent offer to contractor at the conclusion of the temporary period. This scenario allows the client to ensure that the candidate will be the right fit for the organization in the long term. Typically, a contractor will work for a client for a period of six months before the clients decides whether to hire the contractor as a permanent employee.

Direct Placement
Placement of regular, full time employees. Recruiting qualified candidates is extensive and very time consuming. We work side by side with the Hiring Manager to ensure we find the best match for their permanent opportunity. This enables clients to find the most
qualified resources while allowing clients to focus on more strategic activities.

Managed Staffing
Under the Managed Staffing model, Eventus Group provides a team of resources necessary to execute a particular project as well as a "working" project manager as a single point of contact to not only ensure project milestones are met, but to manage the
administration, operations, and logistics of the team. With Managed Staffing, the client’s administrative overhead is minimized and the resources form a more cohesive and accountable team over the traditional method of hiring a number of contractors from numerous staffing companies
