Our recruitment staff is constantly networking throughout
the business community, not only to contacting candidates
actively seeking new opportunities, but also targeting
passive candidates. As part of the screening process,
all candidates meet with our recruiters for a thorough
interview to validate the candidate’s background.
During this meeting, the candidate’s work history,
reason (s) for leaving, availability, salary requirements,
depth of skills, professional goals, and ideal position
are discussed. Personality traits, intangibles, presentation
and interpersonal skills are noted in this interview
as well. Our recruitment staff will then conduct reference
checks from the candidate’s previous supervisor
or manager with an emphasis on most recent work history.
